This tip may be something you've been told before but, with a TWIST.
SLEEP• The skin undergoes repairing and rebalancing while you are sleeping. Dead skin cells give away to newer cells and the face gets an instant lift. All the hormonal/metabolic changes occur in the body while you are sleeping. So lack of sleep disrupts the body processes. 7 to 8 hours of sleep is absolutely needed if you want a healthy skin.
HERE IS THE TWIST
HOW you sleep is just as important.
- Sleeping on the side of your face causes WRINKLES, DRYNESS & even PIMPLES.
- Try to sleep with your face facing up or slightly tilted without squishing against the pillow. - Sleeping with a light or TV on doesn't allow your body to fully rest.
